Monmouth University is seeking an Academic Advisor for Transfer and Undeclared Services in the Center for Student Success.
The candidate would be expected to: maintain a caseload of students and provide them with academic advisement, assist with registration, and support progress towards timely degree completion; approximately half of this position’s caseload will consist of health majors, with the other half will be comprised of undeclared sophomores, non-matriculated students, military bridge, and undeclared transfer students.

Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment
Required Years of Experience:
Experience advising and/or counseling students in a higher education setting.
Masters degree in a related field.
Knowledge of health and physical education curriculum and pre-health/pre-med advising.
