Manage the administration of all
Graduate and Undergraduate Academic Program activities. Coordinate the scheduling of all graduate and undergraduate course offerings each
semester and summer term, and develop/manage/maintain specific projects for the Mechanical Engineering Department. The position will manage
all academic activities; lead and supervise academic support staff member(s), including one academic program coordinator; engage in
recruitment activities, organize and execute events, and liaise between faculty, students, the Graduate Program Office (GPO) and the
Undergraduate Program Office (UPO), and the University central administration. Act as the primary contact between faculty, students, the
College, and University administration.
B.A./B.S., Master’s preferred. Excellent customer service and
communication skills. Highly organized and self-sufficient. 5 years of related experience.
